Project process

1 Project analysis including product structural analysis, mold structural analysis, Steel material analysis, Plastic material analysis, Plastic injection process analysis, Moldflow analysis. And provide fully detailed DFM reports.

2 Mould drawing design. Master tooling team will build up mould drawing based on customer mould standards and combine with our own understandings.

3 Design confirmation, we area always ready to talk with customer in this stage and improve the mould design per customer wishes.

4 All engineering changes, will get an proper feedback with solution and price offer within 24hours.

All inquiries from customers will get prompt feedback within 24hours and official price offer with technical solution within 3 working days.

During RFQ phase, Master tooling team is responsible to give customer full and detailed technical solutions if in need, and Master tooling team will nominate an technical engineer to talk with Customer and attend customer technical meetings. More technical support possibilities can be done by visiting customer company, online meetings, and other possible ways as per customer wishes.

Order confirmation by Master tooling team, only when we think the technical feasibility is mature and there is no more open technical issues. The order confirmation will be realized by official company stamp with general manager’s signature, so that there is no concerns to disobey the contracts.

RFQ process

Mould manufacture process

Detailed design drawing and programming, and define milling processes. The mould drawing will be disapart into components with certain tolerance specs.

CMM and even camera scanning to ensure the inserts or components precision. And 100% full dimensional test will be done to every components.

Weekly report to customer, and let our customer understand the real status of the manufacture.

Machining defects are always reported to customer with solutions in 24hours when it happens.

Mould tryout report including injection parameters, resin settings, machine settings, cooling records, parts filling analysis, pressure analysis, flow analysis, parts issues and improvement activities records will be provided to customer within 24hours after tryout.

FAI samples test report need to be provided to customer within 2days after tryout.

Samples package methods need to get approval. And ensure good protection during the transportation.

Tryout meeting will be hold within 24hours after tryout, and give customer improvement plan and timing.

Mould shipment process

01
Before mould shipment, Master tooling team will inspect the tools and correct all the defects detected. And mould shipment can only happen after customer approval on samples’ quality. 2. If in need, Master tooling team will sign an mould life cycle insurance to customer.

If in need, Master tooling team will sign an mould life cycle insurance to customer.

Mould package will be : Firstly plastic wrapped, then put into vacuum aluminium foil bag, and put into environmental wooden box with steel protection corners. Mould will be positioned in the box, so that the mould will not move during the transportation.
